DigiGo has expanded!

DigiGo has expanded offering your residents more destinations!

DigiGo is a fully electric, shared public transport minibus service, that operates ‘on-demand’ based on passenger needs.

Todays expansion allows passengers to travel flexibly within one boundary, which now includes Broomfield, Great Dunmow, Stebbing, Great Canfield, Great Saling and surrounding areas.  Passengers can travel flexibly within the travel zone, making it easier to access social, employment, health, or education opportunities.

The best way to book DigiGo is via the TravelEssex app by selecting where you want to go. You can book on-demand (for approximately 15-20 minutes time) or up to 7 days in advance!  Group bookings of up to 6 are also possible.

To stay updated you can ‘like’ @DigiGoUK on Facebook, or visit www.digigo.uk for more information and an updated map.

Litter-picking Jack

Broomfield Parish Council would like to thank Jack, aged 6 years – one of our younger local residents, for efforts to keep the path around St Mary’s Church towards Chelmer Valley High School clear of litter. Several bags of litter have been collected – well done Jack for setting such a good example for the rest of us!
