Kings Arms Public House

On 27th September, the form nominating the Kings Arms Public House as an asset of community value was submitted to Chelmsford City Council. A decision on whether this nomination is approved should be known within 6-8 weeks. If successful, the next step will be ensuring the support and commitment of the local community for a bid to obtain financial support to secure the premises as a community pub.

As soon as we have any further information, we will publish this on the parish council website.
