You can either submit comments by:

▪ Email to town.planning@chelmsford.gov.uk
▪ Submit comments onto their website:
www.chelmsford.gov.uk/planning-and-building-control/view-orcomment-on-planning-applications/

Please note that your name will appear next to your comment on the
website whichever way you submit your comments !!
(Anonymous comments will not be considered by Chelmsford City Council)

Note the end date for the consultation period for the following two planning
applications:
▪ Application No: 23/01135/FUL Land rear of 48 Main Road (Greggs) is 6th October 2023
▪ Application No: 23/01487/FUL Land south east of Roselawn Farm, Main Road
is 13th October 2023
