Roselawn Farm – Latest update

A hearing has been scheduled at the High Court for 5th March to consider the application to develop the land. In the meantime, there remains an order in place preventing any work being undertaken. The Planning Enforcement Team at Chelmsford City Council will monitor the situation until the hearing is heard.
