BroomGovernment National Emergency Alerts
As you may have been aware, on the 6th April the Cabinet Office announced that the UK-wide test of the public Emergency Alerts system will take place at 3pm on 23rd April. The test will see people receive a message on the home screen of their mobile phone, along with a sound vibration for up to 10 seconds.
